We would like to take the time to update you with how things are currently progressing.
As you may be aware many businesses, if they are able, are beginning to get back up and running and we are one of those businesses. But it is with the utmost importance that we still keep our staff and customers safe. And although we are able to return to work we are not full strength.
It is important for you to know that we are still short staffed, as are our suppliers. Most are working with less than half of their normal staff and some suppliers are not open at all. This pandemic is also affecting our fabric deliveries and subsequently our production times.
We ask you to understand that lead times are currently under some serious strain. The manufacturing and supplier side of things are still under serious restrictions (even though the world outside seems to think everything is back to normal)
We have been inundated with new orders and are trying our best to get as much out as possible out to you, including orders from before lockdown. We ask you to please have patience with us if you ring to check for an update and we are unable to adhere to your preferred lead time.
